Privacy Policy
Effective Date: September 27, 2026
Last Updated: September 27, 2026
RAXORZ respects your privacy. This Policy describes the personal information we collect and how we handle it.
This Policy is drafted for nationwide U.S. use and is not legal advice. Have it reviewed by U.S. e-commerce counsel before launch, together with the legal company name shown in the Terms & Conditions.
1. Scope of This Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how RAXORZ collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you visit RAXORZ.com (the "Website"), create a RAXORZ account, place an order, enroll in RAXORZ Shaving Club, or contact RAXORZ customer service.
This Privacy Policy is incorporated into and forms part of the RAXORZ Terms & Conditions. The Subscription & Automatic Renewal Policy governs how recurring subscriptions work.
2. Information You Provide
We collect the personal information you give us directly, including:
- Account details: name, email address, and (if you provide it) phone number
- Delivery and billing addresses
- Order history, including products, quantities, and order values
- Subscription details, including plan, billing frequency, delivery frequency, and subscription status
- Communications you send us by email, phone, SMS, WhatsApp, web forms, or social media, and records of those communications
- Information you provide when reporting a problem with the Website or an order
3. Payment Information
Payments are processed by Stripe or another authorized payment processor. Card numbers and card security codes are submitted directly to the payment processor and are not stored in RAXORZ's own customer database.
RAXORZ stores only the payment references the processor returns — such as a customer or payment-method identifier, the card brand, and the last digits of the card — so we can display which payment method is on file, process renewals, and handle refunds.
For security reasons, RAXORZ customer-service personnel will not ask you to send complete credit-card information by ordinary email, SMS, WhatsApp, or social media.
4. Information Collected Automatically
When you use the Website, we and our service providers may automatically collect certain technical information, including:
- IP address and approximate location derived from it
- Device type, operating system, and browser type and version
- Pages viewed, products viewed, and the dates and times of visits
- Referring website and general navigation activity on the Website
- Cookies and similar technologies, as described in the next section
This information is used to keep the Website secure, diagnose technical problems, and understand how the Website is used.
5. Cookies, Analytics, and Similar Technologies
The Website uses cookies and similar technologies. These fall into three broad categories:
- Essential cookies and storage — required to keep you signed in, remember your cart, and keep the Website secure. The Website cannot function properly without them.
- Preference storage — remembers choices such as your cart contents between visits.
- Analytics cookies — help us understand which pages and products are viewed so we can improve the Website.
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies or storage may prevent parts of the Website — such as your account, cart, or checkout — from working.
6. How We Use Personal Information
We use personal information to:
- Create and manage your RAXORZ account and authenticate you when you sign in
- Process orders, returns, and refunds, and ship products to you
- Administer RAXORZ Shaving Club subscriptions: billing, renewals, skip, pause, frequency changes, and cancellation
- Send transactional communications such as order confirmations, shipping notices, billing notices, payment-failure notices, price-change notices, subscription reminders, and cancellation confirmations
- Provide customer service and respond to your questions and complaints
- Prevent, detect, and investigate fraud, unauthorized transactions, and abuse of the Website
- Operate, secure, and improve the Website and our products
- Comply with legal obligations, including tax, accounting, and consumer-protection requirements
- Send marketing messages only where you have separately agreed, as described in the next section
We do not use your personal information for purposes that are materially different from the purposes disclosed here without first providing notice of the new purpose.
7. Marketing Communications, SMS, and WhatsApp
We send marketing emails only where you have agreed to receive them. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can also ask us to stop by contacting Support@Raxorz.com.
We send marketing SMS or WhatsApp messages only where you have separately consented to those channels. Where required, message and data rates may apply and consent may be withdrawn through legally required methods, such as replying STOP.
Opting out of marketing does not stop transactional and legally required communications concerning an active account, order, or subscription. Purchasing a subscription does not by itself constitute consent to promotional text messages.
8. How We Share Personal Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as follows:
- Payment processor — Stripe or another authorized processor processes card payments, renewals, and refunds.
- Service providers — companies that help us operate the Website, host our database, send emails, SMS, and WhatsApp messages, and support customer service, each under contracts limiting their use of your data to our instructions.
- Shipping and fulfillment partners — carriers and fulfillment providers receive the information needed to deliver your orders, such as your name, address, and contact details.
- Professional advisers — accountants, auditors, and lawyers, where reasonably needed.
- Legal and safety — regulators, law enforcement, courts, or other third parties, where we believe disclosure is required by law or necessary to protect rights, property, or safety.
- Business transfer — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with notice where required by applicable law.
We may also share aggregated or de-identified information that cannot reasonably be used to identify you.
9. Data Retention
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes in this Policy, including:
- Account information — for as long as your account is active, and thereafter as needed for legal or operational purposes
- Order, subscription, billing, and tax records — for the periods required by tax, accounting, and consumer-protection law
- Communication records — as needed to handle your requests and for our legal protection
- Technical and security logs — for as long as needed to keep the Website secure
When information is no longer needed, we delete it or de-identify it. In some cases we may retain limited information to comply with law, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements.
10. Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including encrypted connections to the Website, access controls limited to authorized personnel, and secure handling of payment data by our payment processor.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we learn of a data breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you and applicable regulators as required by law.
11. Your Privacy Rights and Choices
You can view and update your name, email, addresses, subscription, and payment-method settings by signing into your RAXORZ account. In addition, depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the following rights:
- To know what personal information we hold about you and how it is used and shared
- To access a copy of your personal information
- To correct inaccurate personal information
- To delete personal information, subject to our legal retention obligations
- To receive your information in a portable, readily usable format
- To opt out of marketing emails, SMS, and WhatsApp messages
- Not to receive discriminatory treatment for exercising your rights
We do not sell personal information for money, and we do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
To exercise a right, contact Support@Raxorz.com. We will verify your identity before responding, for example by confirming details associated with your account, and will respond within the time required by applicable law. You may use an authorized agent where your state's law permits.
You will not be charged a fee unless a request is excessive or unfounded, in which case we will explain the basis and, where permitted, charge a reasonable fee or decline the request.
12. State-Specific Notices
State privacy laws differ. Where a state law grants you rights, RAXORZ will honor those rights as required by that law. The following summarizes protections for some states:
California. California residents have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended, including the rights to know, delete, correct, and limit use of sensitive personal information, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by that law.
Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, and other states. Residents of states with comprehensive consumer-privacy laws may have rights to access, correct, delete, and obtain a copy of their personal information, to opt out of targeted advertising and certain profiling, and to appeal a denied request.
If a specific state law gives you rights beyond those described here, that law controls to the extent of any conflict. Nothing in this Policy waives rights that cannot legally be waived.
13. Do Not Track and Opt-Out Preference Signals
Some browsers offer "Do Not Track" signals. Because there is not yet a common industry response to these signals, the Website does not currently respond to them. Where required by law, we honor legally recognized opt-out preference signals, such as Global Privacy Control, as an opt-out of any sharing of personal information that is subject to those laws.
14. Children's Privacy
The Website is intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your state, to create an account or make a purchase.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact Support@Raxorz.com and we will delete it.
15. Third-Party Links
The Website may link to third-party websites, such as social media pages. This Policy does not apply to those websites, and we are not responsible for their privacy practices. Review the privacy policy of any third-party website before providing it with your information.
16. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our practices, technology, business operations, or applicable laws.
The "Last Updated" date at the top of this Policy identifies the latest revision.
Where required by law, we will provide notice of material changes before they take effect and, where needed, obtain your consent.
