You must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority in your state of residence, whichever is greater, to create an account, enter into a recurring subscription, or make a purchase through the Website.

By using the Website or making a purchase, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

RAXORZ sells shaving and personal-grooming products, which may include razor handles, replacement razor cartridges, shaving accessories, grooming products, bundles, kits, and related merchandise.

Product availability, specifications, packaging, quantities, colors, designs, features, prices, and product configurations may change from time to time.

We make reasonable efforts to accurately display and describe our products. However, colors and appearance may vary depending on lighting, photography, screens, manufacturing variations, and other factors.

Product images may contain staging, packaging, props, or visual elements for illustrative purposes. The written product description and order confirmation identify the items included in a purchase.

Razor blades and shaving products are sharp instruments and must be handled carefully.

Keep razor blades, cartridges, handles, packaging, and other potentially hazardous components away from children and pets.

Customers are responsible for using RAXORZ products according to their intended purpose and any instructions or warnings accompanying the product.

Do not use a razor that is damaged, broken, excessively worn, contaminated, or otherwise unsafe.

Stop using a product if it causes unexpected or significant irritation, injury, or another adverse reaction.

RAXORZ products are personal-grooming products and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

Certain Website features may require a RAXORZ account.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update that information when necessary.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activities occurring through your account to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Notify RAXORZ promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

We may suspend or restrict an account where reasonably necessary to investigate suspected fraud, unauthorized activity, security threats, abuse, or violations of these Terms.

Submitting an order does not necessarily mean that RAXORZ has accepted it.

An order is subject to acceptance, product availability, payment authorization, fraud screening, shipping restrictions, and other legitimate business requirements.

We may reject or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including because of:

• product unavailability;
• incorrect pricing or product information;
• suspected fraud or unauthorized payment;
• shipping restrictions;
• quantity limitations;
• Website or technical errors; or
• violations of these Terms.

If we cancel a paid order before fulfillment, we will issue an appropriate refund for the canceled portion.

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Prices may change at any time, but changes generally will not affect an already accepted one-time order.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, discounts, and other charges will be disclosed during checkout as required by law.

For subscriptions, changes to future recurring prices will be handled according to Section 12 and applicable law.

Customers are responsible for applicable sales, use, excise, or similar taxes associated with purchases except where the law places responsibility on RAXORZ.

Where required, RAXORZ will calculate, collect, and remit applicable taxes.

Payment processing may be provided through Stripe or other authorized payment providers.

By submitting a payment method, you represent that you are authorized to use that payment method and authorize the applicable charges associated with your order.

RAXORZ does not need to receive or store your complete payment-card number or security code when payment information is handled directly by the payment processor.

Your use of third-party payment services may also be subject to the payment provider's terms and privacy practices.

When you select "One-Time Purchase," "Buy Once," or substantially similar language, you are purchasing the identified product without intentionally enrolling in recurring billing unless you separately and affirmatively agree to a subscription.

A one-time purchase will not automatically convert into a RAXORZ Shaving Club subscription without the customer's affirmative consent where required by applicable law.

RAXORZ may offer recurring product-delivery plans under the name RAXORZ Shaving Club or another clearly identified subscription program.

Available delivery and billing frequencies may include every 30, 45, 60, or 90 days, or other intervals displayed when you enroll.

The exact:

• products included;
• price;
• billing frequency;
• delivery frequency;
• applicable discounts;
• automatic-renewal terms; and
• cancellation instructions

will be disclosed before you enroll.

THIS SECTION CONTAINS IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT RECURRING PAYMENTS.

If you enroll in a RAXORZ Shaving Club recurring subscription, your subscription will continue and your selected payment method will be charged automatically at the price and frequency disclosed to you when you enroll, plus applicable taxes and shipping charges, unless and until you cancel or the subscription otherwise terminates.

BY AFFIRMATIVELY ENROLLING IN A RECURRING RAXORZ SUBSCRIPTION, YOU AUTHORIZE RAXORZ AND ITS PAYMENT PROCESSOR TO CHARGE YOUR SELECTED PAYMENT METHOD ON A RECURRING BASIS ACCORDING TO THE SUBSCRIPTION TERMS PRESENTED TO YOU AT ENROLLMENT UNTIL YOU CANCEL OR THE SUBSCRIPTION IS OTHERWISE TERMINATED.

Your enrollment page and checkout must clearly disclose the recurring nature of the transaction before you complete the purchase.

Where required by applicable law, RAXORZ will obtain separate affirmative consent to recurring charges and maintain appropriate evidence of that consent.

RAXORZ may change the price of a subscription prospectively.

Any price change will apply only as permitted by applicable law.

When required by law, RAXORZ will provide advance notice of a price change and/or obtain additional affirmative consent before charging the new price.

The notice will explain the new price, when it becomes effective, and how the customer may cancel.

If applicable law provides greater rights concerning a subscription price change, those rights will apply.

RAXORZ will provide renewal, reminder, trial-expiration, price-change, or other subscription notices when required by applicable law.

Requirements may vary based on the customer's state, subscription duration, renewal period, promotional period, and other circumstances.

Nothing in these Terms eliminates a notification or reminder required under applicable law.

You may cancel your recurring RAXORZ Shaving Club subscription at any time, subject to orders that have already been processed or shipped.

For subscriptions purchased online, RAXORZ will provide an online cancellation method through the customer's account or another readily accessible online mechanism.

The cancellation process will be reasonably easy to locate and use and will comply with applicable state requirements.

RAXORZ will not require a customer who enrolled online without interacting with a representative to interact with a representative solely to cancel where applicable law prohibits such a requirement.

When required by applicable law, cancellation will be available through the same method or medium used to enroll or through another legally sufficient cancellation method.

After cancellation, RAXORZ will provide confirmation where required.

Cancellation prevents future subscription renewals after the cancellation becomes effective. Cancellation ordinarily does not retroactively cancel an order that has already been processed, charged, fulfilled, or shipped, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Customers retain any additional cancellation rights provided by applicable law.

If a recurring payment cannot be processed, RAXORZ or its payment provider may retry the payment as permitted by applicable law and payment-network rules.

We may notify you and request that you update your payment method.

A subscription may be paused, suspended, or canceled after unsuccessful payment attempts.

We will not intentionally impose undisclosed charges because a payment attempt failed.

If available through your RAXORZ account, you may be able to:

• skip a shipment;
• change delivery frequency;
• change eligible products;
• change quantity;
• update a shipping address;
• update a payment method; or
• pause a subscription.

Changes must generally be submitted before the next order enters processing.

The customer portal will display the applicable options and effective dates.

RAXORZ will ship products to eligible U.S. addresses according to the shipping methods available during checkout. See our Shipping & Returns Policy for delivery times and details.

Shipping and delivery estimates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed.

RAXORZ will comply with applicable federal requirements governing Internet merchandise orders.

If we state a shipping time, we have a reasonable basis for that representation. If no shipping time is stated, the FTC's Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule generally requires a reasonable basis for shipment within 30 days. If qualifying merchandise cannot be shipped on time, federal rules can require delay notices, consent, or refunds.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If you discover an incorrect address, contact RAXORZ as soon as possible.

We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered fulfillment.

Nothing in this provision limits rights that cannot legally be waived.

Returns and refunds are governed by the RAXORZ Shipping & Returns Policy displayed on the Website and incorporated into these Terms. In summary:

• Return window: you may request a return within 7 days of delivery.
• Eligibility: products must be unopened and in their original packaging, except for items that arrive damaged or incorrect, which we will replace or refund.
• Return shipping: return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect, or the return is the result of our mistake. Original shipping charges are not refunded unless the return is our error.
• Refund processing: approved refunds are issued to the same credit card used for the purchase and typically appear within 4 to 10 business days.

Because shaving products are personal-use items, opened or used products may be ineligible for return for legitimate hygiene or safety reasons where permitted by law.

Defective, damaged, incorrect, or legally nonconforming products will be handled in accordance with applicable law.

Nothing in the Shipping & Returns Policy eliminates non-waivable consumer rights.

Promotions, discount codes, introductory pricing, referral credits, gifts, or other offers may be subject to additional terms.

Unless otherwise stated, promotional offers:

• have no cash value;
• may not be combined;
• may be limited to one per customer or household; and
• may expire or be withdrawn prospectively.

Any material conditions will be disclosed with the applicable promotion.

We reserve the right to reject fraudulent, manipulated, duplicated, or unauthorized promotional activity.

If RAXORZ offers gift cards or store credits, their use will be subject to the terms disclosed when issued and all applicable federal and state laws concerning expiration, fees, redemption, and unclaimed property.

By making a purchase or creating an account, you agree that RAXORZ may send transactional communications reasonably related to your account or purchases, including:

• order confirmations;
• receipts;
• shipping notifications;
• delivery information;
• subscription notices;
• billing notices;
• payment-failure notices;
• security alerts; and
• customer-service communications.

Transactional communications are different from marketing communications.

Where required by law, promotional email will be sent only with the necessary permission or other lawful basis.

Marketing emails will contain an appropriate unsubscribe mechanism.

Unsubscribing from marketing does not prevent RAXORZ from sending necessary transactional or account communications.

If RAXORZ offers an SMS program, enrollment in promotional SMS communications will be optional and subject to separate SMS terms and legally required consent.

Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing RAXORZ products unless legally permitted and expressly disclosed.

Message and data rates may apply.

Message frequency may vary.

Customers may opt out according to instructions accompanying the SMS program, such as replying STOP, where applicable.

If you affirmatively choose to communicate with RAXORZ through WhatsApp, communications may be processed through WhatsApp and its service providers.

Marketing messages through WhatsApp will be handled in accordance with applicable consent requirements and platform rules.

Our collection, use, disclosure, retention, and protection of personal information is governed by the RAXORZ Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms limits privacy rights granted by applicable state or federal law.

The Website and its original content, branding, graphics, product photography, software, layouts, designs, text, and other proprietary materials are owned by RAXORZ, its operating company, or applicable licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

"RAXORZ," "RAXORZ Shaving Club," logos, trade dress, graphics, slogans, and other source identifiers may constitute trademarks or other proprietary rights to the extent protected by applicable law.

No license to use RAXORZ intellectual property is granted except the limited right to use the Website for lawful personal purposes.

You may not use RAXORZ branding in a manner that falsely suggests sponsorship, authorization, affiliation, or endorsement.

You may not:

• use the Website for unlawful purposes;
• attempt unauthorized access to accounts or systems;
• interfere with Website security;
• introduce malware or malicious code;
• scrape or harvest personal information unlawfully;
• impersonate another person;
• conduct fraudulent transactions;
• manipulate promotions or referral programs; or
• use the Website in a way that materially interferes with another person's lawful use.

If RAXORZ allows reviews, photos, comments, or other user-submitted content, you retain ownership of your original content but grant RAXORZ a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display, and use that content in connection with operating and promoting RAXORZ, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.

You represent that you have the necessary rights to content you submit.

We may remove content that is unlawful, fraudulent, threatening, infringing, deceptive, obscene, contains personal information posted without authorization, or otherwise violates these Terms.

The Website may use or link to third-party services, including payment processors, shipping carriers, social-media platforms, analytics providers, communication providers, and other technology providers.

Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies.

RAXORZ is not responsible for independent third-party services except to the extent responsibility cannot legally be excluded.

We aim to provide reliable Website access but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

We may modify, maintain, suspend, or discontinue Website features when reasonably necessary.

We will endeavor to avoid interfering with existing paid obligations and consumer rights.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE WEBSITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, EXCEPT FOR EXPRESS WARRANTIES PROVIDED BY RAXORZ.

RAXORZ DISCLAIMS IMPLIED WARRANTIES TO THE EXTENT THEY MAY LAWFULLY BE DISCLAIMED.

THIS SECTION DOES NOT DISCLAIM OR LIMIT WARRANTIES, REMEDIES, OR CONSUMER RIGHTS THAT CANNOT LEGALLY BE DISCLAIMED UNDER APPLICABLE FEDERAL OR STATE LAW.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, RAXORZ AND ITS AFFILIATES, OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OF THE WEBSITE OR PRODUCTS WHERE SUCH DAMAGES MAY LAWFULLY BE EXCLUDED.

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RAXORZ'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING FROM A PARTICULAR PURCHASE OR TRANSACTION WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT ACTUALLY PAID TO RAXORZ FOR THE PRODUCT OR TRANSACTION GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

THESE LIMITATIONS DO NOT APPLY WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW, INCLUDING LIABILITY THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE LIMITED OR EXCLUDED.

Some states do not permit certain exclusions or limitations, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless RAXORZ and its affiliates from third-party claims arising directly from your unlawful misuse of the Website, violation of these Terms, infringement of another person's rights, or fraudulent conduct.

This provision does not require consumers to indemnify RAXORZ for RAXORZ's own negligence, unlawful conduct, or other responsibility that cannot legally be shifted to a consumer.

RAXORZ may investigate suspected fraud, payment abuse, account manipulation, unauthorized reselling, promotional abuse, or other unlawful conduct.

Where reasonably necessary, we may:

• delay fulfillment while investigating;
• request additional verification;
• reject a transaction;
• cancel an order;
• restrict an account; or
• refer suspected unlawful activity to appropriate authorities or payment providers.

These actions will be taken consistently with applicable law.

Unless RAXORZ expressly authorizes otherwise in writing, products purchased through consumer channels are intended for personal use and not unauthorized commercial resale.

RAXORZ may establish separate wholesale or authorized-reseller programs.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except that this choice of law will not deprive a consumer of mandatory protections provided by the law of the consumer's state of residence where those protections cannot lawfully be waived.

To be completed before launch: the dispute-resolution provision (court-based resolution or individual binding arbitration with a class-action waiver) must be chosen and drafted by RAXORZ's attorney. Until then, disputes are resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction and nothing here waives any right you have under applicable law.

Consumers may have additional rights under the laws of their state of residence.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive or restrict a consumer right that applicable law prohibits RAXORZ from waiving.

If a provision of these Terms conflicts with a mandatory consumer-protection law applicable to you, the mandatory law controls to the extent of the conflict.

RAXORZ may update these Terms prospectively to reflect changes to our products, services, business operations, technology, or applicable law.

The "Last Updated" date will identify the most recent revision.

Where applicable law requires advance notice or affirmative consent for a change, including certain changes affecting recurring subscriptions, RAXORZ will provide that notice or obtain consent before the change becomes effective.

Changes will not retroactively eliminate accrued consumer rights.

If a provision of these Terms is found invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent legally permissible or severed as appropriate, and the remaining provisions will remain effective unless applicable law requires otherwise.

A failure by RAXORZ to enforce a provision on one occasion does not constitute a permanent waiver of that provision or another right.

These Terms, together with applicable product terms, subscription disclosures, the Privacy Policy, the Shipping & Returns Policy, and other policies expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the agreement between you and RAXORZ concerning the matters they address.
