Shipping

Orders ship within 5 to 14 business days. Delivery time depends on your location and carrier schedules — you'll get a shipping notification with tracking details as soon as your parcel is on its way.

Tracking

You receive an order confirmation after checkout, then a shipping notification with tracking information once your order is dispatched.

Club deliveries

Club orders are created automatically at the start of each billing cycle and ship the same way as one-time orders, within the same 5 to 14 business day window.

Returns

Unopened products can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Contact us at Support@Raxorz.com with your order number and we'll send return instructions. Items must be unopened and in their original packaging.

Damaged or incorrect items are replaced or refunded — contact us with your order number and a photo of what arrived.

Refunds

Once your return is received and checked, your refund is issued to the same credit card you used for the purchase. Refunds appear within 4 to 10 business days, depending on your bank. Shipping costs are not refunded unless the return is our mistake.
