SUBSCRIPTION & AUTOMATIC RENEWAL TERMS

RAXORZ Shaving Club is an optional recurring-purchase program that allows customers to receive eligible RAXORZ products automatically according to the delivery schedule selected at checkout.

Available subscription options may include:

• Razor handles
• Replacement blade cartridges
• Shaving kits
• Grooming products
• Accessories
• Product bundles
• Other eligible RAXORZ products

Available products and subscription configurations may change from time to time.

Depending upon the product and subscription selected, RAXORZ may offer recurring delivery schedules such as:

• Every 30 days
• Every 45 days
• Every 60 days
• Every 90 days

Other delivery frequencies may be offered and will be disclosed before purchase.

The frequency selected by the customer will determine the recurring billing and/or shipment schedule applicable to that subscription.

YOUR RAXORZ SUBSCRIPTION CONTINUES AUTOMATICALLY UNTIL YOU CANCEL IT.

When you enroll in RAXORZ Shaving Club, you authorize RAXORZ to continue providing the products included in your subscription and to automatically charge your authorized payment method according to your selected billing frequency until you cancel the subscription or it otherwise terminates.

You are not required to remain subscribed for any minimum period unless a minimum commitment is expressly disclosed to you and affirmatively accepted by you before purchase.

Unless such a commitment is expressly disclosed, you may cancel at any time in accordance with these Subscription Terms.

Before you subscribe, RAXORZ will display the material terms of your subscription, including, as applicable:

• Products included
• Quantity
• Recurring price
• Billing frequency
• Delivery frequency
• Applicable shipping charges
• Applicable taxes
• Promotional or introductory pricing
• When promotional pricing expires
• Cancellation method
• Any minimum purchase obligation

The amount displayed at checkout, together with applicable taxes, shipping, and other disclosed charges, will be charged to your authorized payment method according to the selected subscription schedule.

RAXORZ will not intentionally enroll you in a recurring subscription merely because you made a one-time purchase.

Before your first subscription order is completed, you must affirmatively consent to the recurring subscription terms.

Your consent may be obtained through an unchecked checkbox, subscription-selection control, confirmation button, or another legally permissible affirmative mechanism.

RAXORZ will maintain appropriate electronic records of subscription enrollment and consent. These records may include:

• Customer identifier
• Date and time
• Subscription selected
• Products selected
• Price disclosed
• Billing frequency disclosed
• Applicable terms version
• Consent event
• Order or subscription identifier

A "Buy Once," "One-Time Purchase," or similarly identified transaction is not a subscription.

A customer who selects a one-time purchase will not intentionally be enrolled in RAXORZ Shaving Club unless the customer separately and affirmatively agrees to a subscription.

By subscribing, you authorize RAXORZ and its authorized payment processor to charge your selected payment method for recurring subscription purchases according to the frequency and terms presented to you.

This authorization remains effective until your subscription is canceled or otherwise terminated.

RAXORZ currently intends to use Stripe to process payments.

RAXORZ does not need to store your complete credit-card number or CVV when payment credentials are handled directly by Stripe.

Subscription prices may not include applicable taxes or shipping unless expressly stated otherwise.

Before the initial transaction is completed, applicable charges will be disclosed as required by law.

Future recurring orders may include applicable:

• Sales tax
• Shipping charges
• Product charges
• Other previously disclosed charges

Taxes may change if tax rates or applicable tax laws change.

After enrollment, RAXORZ will provide you with a subscription confirmation or acknowledgment that you can retain. It may include:

• Products subscribed to
• Recurring price
• Billing frequency
• Delivery frequency
• Automatic-renewal terms
• Cancellation policy
• How to cancel
• Customer-service information
• Next billing or shipment date, when available

Customers may manage eligible subscription settings through their RAXORZ customer account.

Depending on available functionality, you may be able to:

• View your subscription
• View your next billing date
• View your next shipment
• Change your shipping address
• Update your payment method
• Change eligible products
• Purchase additional products
• Change delivery frequency
• Skip a shipment
• Pause your subscription
• Resume your subscription
• Cancel your subscription

Not every option must be available for every subscription.

YOU MAY CANCEL YOUR RAXORZ SUBSCRIPTION AT ANY TIME.

For subscriptions purchased online, RAXORZ will provide an online cancellation mechanism.

Customers should be able to access cancellation through: RAXORZ.com → My Account → My Subscription → Manage Subscription → Cancel Subscription, or another readily accessible online cancellation method.

RAXORZ will not intentionally require unnecessary steps designed to prevent or materially delay cancellation.

Where prohibited by applicable law, a customer who enrolled online will not be required to speak with a sales representative, customer-service representative, chatbot, or virtual representative solely to complete cancellation.

Customers may be presented with optional alternatives, such as changing delivery frequency or pausing a subscription, only when permitted by law and without preventing or unreasonably delaying cancellation.

Cancellation stops future subscription renewals after the cancellation becomes effective.

If you cancel before your next recurring order has entered processing, the cancellation generally will prevent that next subscription order.

If an order has already been charged, processed, prepared for fulfillment, or shipped before your cancellation is completed, cancellation of the subscription may not automatically cancel that order.

Any additional cancellation or refund rights required by applicable law remain unaffected.

After successful cancellation, RAXORZ will provide confirmation through your customer account, email, or another appropriate method.

Your customer account should also reflect that the subscription has been canceled.

We recommend keeping the cancellation confirmation for your records.

Where available, you may skip an upcoming shipment without canceling your subscription.

Skipping a shipment does not cancel your subscription.

Unless you subsequently cancel, recurring shipments and billing will resume according to the updated schedule displayed in your account.

Where available, you may temporarily pause your subscription.

Before confirming a pause, your customer portal should identify when recurring billing or deliveries are expected to resume.

A paused subscription is not the same as a canceled subscription.

If you want future recurring purchases to stop indefinitely, select "Cancel Subscription."

Where available, customers may change their subscription frequency.

For example: Every 30 days → Every 60 days, or Every 60 days → Every 90 days.

The new schedule and any associated pricing changes should be displayed before you confirm the change.

Subscription customers may purchase additional RAXORZ products at any time.

A separate one-time purchase will not automatically become part of your recurring subscription unless you affirmatively add that product to the subscription.

RAXORZ may change subscription prices prospectively.

Where applicable law requires advance notice, RAXORZ will notify you before the change becomes effective.

The notice will identify the new price, when it becomes effective, and how to cancel.

Where applicable law requires affirmative consent to an increased recurring price, RAXORZ will obtain the required consent or follow another legally permitted procedure.

RAXORZ may offer introductory or promotional subscription prices.

Before enrollment, qualifying offers will clearly identify material conditions, including:

• Promotional price
• Duration of promotional pricing
• Subsequent recurring price, where known
• When the regular price begins
• Billing frequency
• How to cancel

Promotional offers may be limited to eligible customers, products, quantities, or subscription plans.

If RAXORZ offers a free trial, we will disclose the material terms before enrollment.

These may include:

• Length of the trial
• Products included
• Date billing begins
• Amount that will be charged
• Billing frequency
• How to cancel before being charged

Required reminders will be provided according to applicable law.

RAXORZ will send automatic-renewal, subscription, annual, trial-expiration, or other reminders when required by applicable law.

Other states may impose additional requirements, which RAXORZ will apply when required.

If your authorized payment method is declined or otherwise cannot be charged, RAXORZ or its payment processor may retry the payment as permitted by applicable law and payment-network rules.

RAXORZ may notify you and request an updated payment method.

If payment remains unsuccessful, RAXORZ may:

• Hold the shipment
• Pause the subscription
• Suspend the subscription
• Cancel the subscription

RAXORZ will not intentionally ship additional paid subscription products indefinitely after payment failure.

Your payment processor or card network may provide updated payment credentials when a card expires or is replaced.

Where legally permitted and supported by the payment processor, recurring charges may continue using updated payment credentials associated with your account.

You remain responsible for maintaining a valid authorized payment method.

You are responsible for maintaining an accurate shipping address.

Update your shipping information before an upcoming subscription order enters processing.

If an order has already entered fulfillment, RAXORZ cannot guarantee that an address change will affect that shipment.

Subscription orders are shipped according to the shipping method and delivery terms associated with your subscription or displayed during checkout.

Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed.

Carrier delays, weather events, incorrect addresses, holidays, inventory interruptions, or circumstances outside RAXORZ's reasonable control may affect delivery.

If a subscription product becomes temporarily unavailable, RAXORZ may:

• Delay shipment
• Notify you of the delay
• Offer a substitute with your agreement where appropriate
• Skip the affected shipment
• Refund or avoid charging for the unavailable product

RAXORZ will comply with applicable laws governing delayed merchandise orders.

Subscription purchases are subject to the RAXORZ Return & Refund Policy.

Because razor cartridges and grooming products may be personal-use or hygiene-sensitive products, opened or used products may be subject to return restrictions where permitted by law.

Nothing in these Subscription Terms limits non-waivable rights relating to defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise legally nonconforming products.

Canceling your subscription prevents future recurring transactions after cancellation becomes effective.

Cancellation does not automatically entitle you to a refund for products already:

• Properly charged
• Processed
• Fulfilled
• Shipped
• Delivered

Refund eligibility for such products will be determined under the RAXORZ Return & Refund Policy and applicable law.

If you believe you were enrolled without authorization or charged after a valid cancellation, contact RAXORZ promptly.

We will investigate the transaction.

Nothing in these Terms limits any payment-dispute, refund, or consumer-protection rights available under applicable law.

By maintaining an active subscription, you agree that RAXORZ may send communications necessary to administer your subscription. These may include:

• Order confirmations
• Shipment notifications
• Upcoming billing information
• Subscription reminders
• Failed-payment notices
• Price-change notices
• Material-change notices
• Cancellation confirmations
• Security notifications

These are transactional communications and are separate from optional marketing communications.

Enrollment in RAXORZ Shaving Club does not automatically constitute consent to receive promotional SMS, WhatsApp, or other marketing communications where separate consent is required by law.

Customers may unsubscribe from marketing communications without canceling their RAXORZ subscription.

Necessary transactional communications concerning an active subscription may continue.

If RAXORZ makes a material change to an existing subscription, we will provide notice before the change takes effect when required by applicable law.

The notice will identify the material change and provide cancellation information when legally required.

Automatic-renewal laws differ among U.S. states.

Nothing in these Subscription Terms is intended to waive or reduce rights that cannot legally be waived.

If applicable state law provides a consumer with greater rights than these Subscription Terms, the applicable mandatory state-law protections control.

RAXORZ will provide California consumers the protections required by California's Automatic Renewal Law.

Current requirements include express affirmative consent, specified disclosures, annual reminders, and accessible cancellation. Online subscribers must be able to cancel online.

RAXORZ will provide New York consumers the disclosures, affirmative-consent process, acknowledgment, cancellation mechanisms, renewal notices, price-change protections, and material-change notices required by applicable New York law.

RAXORZ will provide Virginia consumers the disclosures, affirmative-consent process, retainable acknowledgment, easy cancellation mechanisms, and applicable notices required under Virginia law.

RAXORZ will not intentionally send recurring paid merchandise without the required affirmative consent.

Some state laws provide particularly strong remedies when automatic-renewal merchandise is sent without required consent. Nothing in these Terms reduces any rights available under such laws.

RAXORZ may terminate or suspend a subscription for legitimate reasons, including:

• Persistent payment failure
• Fraud
• Unauthorized payment activity
• Abuse of promotional programs
• Unlawful activity
• Product discontinuation
• Inability to service the customer's location
• Material violation of RAXORZ Terms & Conditions

If RAXORZ terminates a prepaid subscription, any refund legally or contractually owed will be provided.

RAXORZ may update these Subscription Terms prospectively.

The date at the top of this document identifies the latest revision.

When applicable law requires advance notice or affirmative consent before a change applies to an existing subscription, RAXORZ will provide that notice or obtain the necessary consent.

If mandatory applicable law conflicts with these documents, mandatory law controls to the extent of the conflict.
